I am a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of professional experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve pain relief, improved mobility, and overall well-being through customized therapeutic massage. My formal training began in 2010 at The Living Arts Institute in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where I developed a strong foundation in both clinical and relaxation-focused massage techniques. In 2012, I opened my own practice in Kernersville, NC, where I built a loyal client base and deepened my specialization in deep tissue therapy. Recently, I relocated to Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and obtained licensure in both North Carolina and South Carolina, allowing me to serve clients across state lines with the same high standard of care. I offer a range of massage modalities tailored to individual needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and cupping therapy. My primary focus is on deep tissue massage, particularly for clients experiencing sciatic pain or chronic neck and shoulder tension.
